EZCat can seamlessly connect to the UPS online services to calculate the real shipping costs for delivery of a package from point A to point B. To facilitate this, you must have the UPS lookup feature enabled for your EZCat setup. Then simply log into your EZCat Administrator (control panel), and select

Basic Options-
And find the area of the form that looks like this:
Fill in the information as necessary.
Once this has been accomplished, you need to edit each of your items and define specific measurements of each package. Specifically you need to enter:
Width
Height
Length
Weight
So that the system knows the necessary information for each item to accurately process the lookup request.
