EZCat support is handled in a number of ways for your convenience:

  1. Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q.) is the fastest way to get answers to the most common questions. Read these first and you might be up and running right away!
  2. Forums - Use our support forums to submit questions or search the forums for an answer to your question that may already have been submitted! Another very fast way to get your answers!
  3. E-mail - You may always e-mail us at support@adconn.com if you have questions that are not covered by #1 or #2 above.
